Working on a more healthy meal with out meat. This was very refreshing using some of our ingredients from our garden. It was also my first time eating alfalfa sprouts( interesting). It is also gluten-free and vegan.
2Tbsp Hummus( Stay tuned to our hummus recipe)
1/2 Green pepper( thinly sliced)
1/2 Red tomato (thinly sliced)
1/2 Cucumber( thinly sliced)
1/2c Alfalfa sprouts
2 Romaine lettuce leafs (any kind can be used)
1/2c Carrots (shredded)
– On 1/2 sub bun add the following,
-Add 2tbsp of the hummus
– Add carrots
– Add green pepper
– Add tomatoes
– Add alfalfa sprouts
_ Add cucumber
_ Add the other half of sub bun.
