My First Try At Zuccini Bread

Restless night, can’t sleep. My fiance and I decided to bake, for us, it is a stress reliever. We each were grabbing numerous items from around the kitchen. It is quite fun when you have a partner to help with decisions but we chose to make zucchini muffins, now notice the Bayfield Strawberries sitting next to the mixture, hmm they are the best strawberries. My fiance and I stared at each other as should we or shouldn’t we add the strawberries to the mixture along with chocolate morsels. We opted out of adding the strawberries. We started getting tired in the middle of stirring this mixture. I should say maybe baking in the middle of the night isn’t such a great idea.
