This cookie is the new family cookie, which contains Mark’s chocolate chip recipe with our daughters favorite marshmallows, I broke up graham crackers and this became a S’more Cookie. It was so easy to to make while watching the blowing snow.
Prep time: 15 minutes
Oven temp: 375 degrees
Cook Time: 8-10 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 lb Butter (cold)
6 Tbsp Sugar
2/3 c Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vamilla
2 c Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
8 oz Chocolate Chips
1/2 c Mini Marshmallows
1/2 c Graham Crackers (broken in tiny pieces)
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
– In large bowl
– Add all dry ingredients, mix well.
– Cut in cold butter, if you melt the butter then you will need to add more flour.
– Add vanilla and eggs.
– Mix well.
– Add the chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham crackers bits.
– Mix well. Using a small ice cream scoop place cookies unto parchment lined cookie sheets.
– Place in oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and enjoy.
Hmm, This was a great treat along with coffee as its winter wonderland outside.
