2c flour
3tsp baking powder
1/2tsp salt
1/2c butter (melted)
3/4 to 1c milk
1c cheddar cheese (shredded)
Directions:
– Preheat oven to 450degrees.
– Mix flour,baking powder, salt, in medium mixing bowl, mix well.
– Add milk and mix well.
– Add the cheddar cheese and mix well.
– drop them by 2 inch scoop and place on parchment lined cookie sheet and Bake in oven for 10 minutes or just until lightly brown.
In the mean time:
For the garlic butter topping;
1/3c Butter (melted).
1/2Tbsp garlic salt
mix well
Once the biscuits are out of the oven and drizzle garlic butter on hot biscuits to allow to soak in.
These are wonderful to have with any kind of soups, but also with beef stews. Enjoy

Oh my! I do love cheese, and I’m discovering two recipes that have the heavenly substance right off the bat on your blog. Will definitely try the biscuits, excellent recommend to eat them with soups. MmMmmmm!

In my home, usually there no left overs. they are better then Red Lobster. Well thats what people tell me any ways. Hope you enjoy.

PS, I make this often for my office. Very simple.
A cup of self raising flour
A cup of cheese
A cup of milk
Mix with a pinch of salt.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180°.
For an extra treat, a cup of bacon cubes.
So easy to whip up for quick visitors….
House is a pleasure to walk into, aromas are so inviting.
